3. School service conditions
Class registration
Registration for any Tandem Club course implies acceptance of these terms. To complete enrolment you must pay the current registration fee (currently €15, non-refundable) and provide the personal data necessary to manage the service.
Price and payment
Current prices are published in the Legal notice & terms section of this website. We accept cash, card, bank transfer and direct debit. Invoices are issued on the first day of each month.
Students under 18
Registration for under-18s requires express authorisation from a parent or legal guardian, who will be responsible for compliance with these terms on their behalf.
Right of admission
Tandem Club reserves the right of admission and to withdraw any student whose behaviour is contrary to respect, coexistence and the school’s values, without any right to compensation.
Photos and videos
Photographs and videos may be taken during classes, events and activities for promotional purposes (website, social media). If you do not wish to appear in any visual material, let us know in writing at any time at info@tandem-club.com.
4. Cancellations and withdrawals policy
Withdrawing from a course
If you wish to withdraw, you must notify us before the last day of the current month so that the following month’s payment is not charged. Withdrawals notified after that date will still require payment of the full monthly fee.
Classes missed by the student
If you cannot attend a class, you may make it up in another time slot of the same or lower level, subject to prior notice to the school. Make-ups are valid during the same month or the next. No refunds for unattended classes without justification.
Classes cancelled by Tandem Club
If Tandem Club must cancel a class for justified reasons (teacher illness, force majeure, etc.), an equivalent make-up class will be offered at no extra charge.
Intensive courses and workshops
Intensive courses, workshops and special events have their own cancellation terms, communicated at registration. As a general rule, fees are non-refundable if cancellation is less than 7 days in advance.
